ABSTRACT ABSTRACT：The 2008”Blue Book of China’S economy”lssued by the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences incorporated the’’Olympic economy”concept first time． 2008 is the organizer of the aeijing Olympic Games，the”Olympic economy” undoubtedly become the focus of public concern．China is the world’S largest producer of bicycles，now there is many abuses such as too much capacity,the single mix of product，low value—added，at present，as the global bike industry base transfer to China, the world’S major producing countries bike basically established in China production enterprises and outsourcing companies，many domestic and foreign institutions and industry research units also explore China Bicycle industry to the global economy．How to conform to the leading role of the Olympic economy，China’S bicycle industry is a new breakthrough in the significance of this paper and main purposes． This paper is from analyses that the current situation of trade development sets out, adopt SWOT analysis，study economy industry upgrading change and developing direction of the industry in the future to the Chinese bicycle trade of Olympic Games，etc．，look for the induced effect of utilizing the Olympic Games economy,how in industry development does the Chinese bicycle trade tackles，how to break through the adverse effect that the raw materials rise in price and bring after the labor cost rise at present，seek Chinese bicycle trade break—through direction in the course of development in the future and apply new development prospect
