Part of the NCO group of isocyanurate in the trmi erized hexam ethylene diisocyanatew as capped by such surfactant to obtain w ater-dispers ible isocyanate(WPI), wh ich cou ld be used as a crosslink ing agent for the hydroph ilic polyurethane(PU ) term inatedw ith hydroxyl group. The pot life of the m ixture of PU and WPI was 5 h. The crosslineked film, form ed from th is m ixture by add ition of nanom eter calsium carbonate show ed good resistance against acetone and very high rapture elongation.
