上海师范大学硕士学位论文 上海师范大学硕士学位论文 摘要 本研究研制了一种在牛、羊血吸虫病诊断中具有较高敏感性和特异性的重组 多表位诊断抗原rBSjRAD23-2一BSjPGM—BSjRAD23—1，并建立了ELISA检测技 术，为我国家畜血吸虫病防控提供了一种可选择的诊断新技术。 关键词：日本血吸虫、多表位重组抗原、血清学诊断、ELISA、免疫保护。 III 万方数据 Abstract Abstract 上海师范大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Schistosomiasis IS Still one of the major public health problems m China．The bovines infected Schistosoma japonicum are the most important SOtlrce of infection and the role ofsheep and goats in schistosomiasis Wansmission in some endemic areas Call not be ignored．It can help to block the spread of schistosomiasis if the bovines， sheep and goats were effective controlled in China．The diagnosis of schistosomiasis is the central link in prevention and control the disease．The schistosome soluble egg antigen(SEA)is the most commonly used diagnostic antigen in serobgical diagnostic techniques．But when SEA was used as a diagnostic antigen,it USUaⅡy possessed bw specificity,high cross-reactivity and it can not distinguish between current infection and past infection．In addition,the SEA was not suitable for the efficacy assessment as a diagnostic antigen．Some schistosome recombinant antigens have been used as diagnostic antigens or vaccine candidate molecules；the sensitivity of most recombinant antigeus was lower than that of SEA and the induced protective effect was unsatisfied and unstable．The multi-epitope recombinant antigens have the possmle to enhance its antigenicity and immunogenieity for containing multiple ep的pes．It is possaole to increase the sensitivity and improve the immune protective effect using the multi-epitope antigens as diagnostic antigens or vaccine candidate molecules．Based on the above description,the paper launched the following research． 1 Epitope analysis of the candidate antigells SjPGM，Sj秘d)23 and the construction of single molecule and multi-epitope recombinant anti
