中国科技论文在线 · 4· Shanghai J Aeu—mox，Feb 2006，Vol 25，NO 2 文章编号：1005-0957(2006)02-0004-03 · 思路与方法· 针灸效应物质基础研究 杨永清， 陈汉平， 王 宇， 崔建美， 王 燕， 刘艳艳 (上海市针灸经络研究所，上海200030) 【摘要】 目的 提出针灸效应物质基础研究方向。方法 回顺针灸学研究的历史，重点结合多年针灸作用原理研究和近年 针灸血清蛋白质组研究工作基础，展望未来针灸学研究发展方向。结果 阐明了针灸效应物质基础研究方向的背景、定义、 理论依据、目标、技术路线及其生命科学价值。结论 针灸效应物质基础研究方向以生命现象的本质为战略出发点，以针灸 效应的响应基因和应答蛋白为主要技术策略，研究针灸效应的物质基础，阐释针灸效应的生物学机制，具有明 的理沦高度 和学术创新。对保持我国在针灸研究领域的国际领先地位，率先拥有源创性的自主知识产权具有重要的战略意义。 【关键词】 针灸效应物质基础研究；定义；技术路线；生命科学 【中图分类号】 R2-03 【文献标识码】 A Research on the Substantial Basis of Acupuncture Effects YANG y0 一qing， CHEN Han-ping， WANG Yu， CUI jian—mei， WANG Yan． u lean—yan． Shanghai Research Institute of Acupuncture and Meridian，Shanghai 200030，China 【Abstract】 Objective To propose the direction of research on the substantial basis of acupuncture effect．Methods The history of acupuncture—moxibustion research was retrospected．Emphasis was put on many years’researches on the mechanism of acupuncture ac— tion and recent years’acupuncture-moxibustion seF1．1m proteomics researches．The future direction of acupuncture—moxibustion research was looked forward to．Results An explanation was made for substantial basis of acupuncture effect，and its Value in life science．Con- duslon Research on the substantial basis of acupuncture effect takes the essence of life phenomenon for a strategic start and the re— sponse gene and protein in acupuncture effect for a main technologic tactic to elucidate the biological mechanism of acupuncture effect． It has a notable height of theory and academic innovation and is of important strategic significance for keeping our country’S international leading position and first obtaining original and independent knowledge ownership in the area of acupuncture-moxibustion research． 【Key words】
