ABSTRACTABSTRACT ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In times of global information and networking谢th the tremendous progress in information technology,it is inevitablethe to promote the development of e-government and government service mode changes．砀e ultimate objective of e-government should be making the government respond and satisfy the diverse needs of the people more quickly and more directly．E·government personalized service is due to be born．Currently some questions are found in this research area：Government websites lack of personalized、specialized features，it is difficult to meet the increasing personalized public demand；Personalized service is also mainly concentrated in the areas of information retrieval；西e adjustment of the e-government architecture after inplementing the personalized service are also little researched．Therefore，this paper mainly focuses on the personalized service framework for e-government system and the involved key enabling technologies． T11is paper summarizes the theoretical basis for the e-government personalized service implement,including the theory of government changes in e-government environment,information resources management theory,data miningsoftware theory, administration and public service theory；personalized service theory,etc． The technology basis for the e-government personalized service implement are including the Administrative functions changes，the Chief Administrative Process Re-engineering，and more importantly is the e-govemrnent information resources integration and integration mechanism．mS paper analyzes the e-government information system integration framework and a implementation plan for secure data exchange，then on this basis，summarizes and puts forward the”one—stop”e-government service framework，and to be the foundation for the e-government personalized service implement in this framework． According to the design principles of the e-government personalized service framework，this paper put forward a hierarchical e-govern
