中南大学硕士学位论文Abstract 中南大学硕士学位论文 Abstract Tllc urban community is opposite to the countryside community．It is refers to the socializationed human living community in which the people have certain common belief,value,life style and the sense of belonging,and they live mainly by the non·agricultural production activity．The urban community is an important component of modern society,SO the construction．of harmonious community should also become an important content of the construction ofharmonious society． The culture is the urban communitys important component and the base to construct urban community．Strengthening the city community’S culture research and constructing an unique,harmonious cultural form is an important method and the primary content of the construction of harmonious community．This kind of urban community harmonious culture regards advocating and pursuiting harmony．as its value orientation．It melts the ideological concept，the thinking mode，the behavior standards，the social morality an an overall body,and reflects people’S overall understanding,basic idea and the idea about the construction of the harmonious community．It is an important part of Chinese characteristic socialism culture． From the l 980s mid and late part until now,Our country’S culture research has made noticeable progress，though the course is not long，but still has many problems． They mainly manifests in：firstly,the community residents don’t particapate actively： secondly,the community’S culture infrastructural facilities lag behind；thirdly,the community culture’s education function attenuate；fourthly,the fetter in cultural system· In order to construct the urban community’S harmonious culture，it must fiirstly clearly recognizes its present situation,analyzes its existing questions and find out the foundamental reasons．Based on these，it should abide by the following basic principles：the humanist principle，the principle of inheriting and innovation,the hierarchical principle，the open princi
