广东工业大学项士学位论文Abstract 广东工业大学项士学位论文 Abstract GEM，also known as the second board market．In other words，the second stock market， which is refers to the independent of the board and the small board，designed to assist the innovative enterprises with high growth market financing and capital operation,is an important member of multi-level capital market．GEM market is forward-looking，pay attention to the company’S increase potential and growth space．GEM listed Companies are characterized by high technology,high growth,the establishment of a short time，smaller scale and high risk．China’S GEM market officially opened in October 23，2009，for small and medium-sized enterprises of our country provides convenient and efficient financing channels，to solve the problem of fmancing．SMEs are the main force of China’S national economic development and the key to economic prosperity and recovery．So the GEM market has become the foCUS of attention of the world． With the rapid development of market economy，the competition between enterprises is becoming more and more fierce，which is mainly manifested in the competition among high quality talents。More and more of the GEM listed companies have realized that talents are key for rapid development of enterprises，and gradually began to study how to establish optimal compensation incentive mechanism to motivate the executives to improve the company‘S financial performance．Executive compensation incentive has been highly concerned by scholars，which is also a major issue for China’S GEM Listing Corporation． Reasonable and effective incentive mechanism is crucial to improve the mechanism of corporate govemance and to promote the company everlasting． On the basis of previous studies，this paper takes the private enterprise as the research object，and divides the executive compensation incentive into explicit and implicit incentive． Taking into account the measure of the index，the explicit incentive is represented by the monetary compensation and equity
