For battety as power supply,as well as the advantage of clean and no—pollution emissions,driving confort,electric vehicles(EVs)are one of the future directions of the automotive industy.Electric vehicle motor control systems which are the core component of EVs and play an important role in EVs,SO it’S practical significance that do the research and development on the motor control systems.In the field of electric vehicle control,because of advantages of performance,cost,structure and SO on,induction motor has been widely used,and move to the direction of fine contr01.
For the stator flux and torque are calcuated and controlled in the stator coordinate,Direct Torque Control(DTC)technology of induction motor which eliminates the complex coordinate transfo}rmation is the new technology of motor control following after vector control technology.111e DTC theory has simple structure,good static and dynamic performance,and is easy to implement.
Currently in the field of direct torque control,there is a lot of theoretical research, but lack of the realization of the control system,SO this paper will focus on the design and implementation of the control system.111e control system is designed to meet the
need of electric forklifts,pure electric vehicles and SO on.m paper begin with the
mathematical model of induction motor and voltage source converter,and then discusses intrinsic relationship between voltage space vector with the stator flux and switching state of voltage inverter,and then analyze then measure and adjustment of stator flux and orque in detail.On the basis above then the paper analyze the function and implementation of each part in direct torque control syatem.After the theory Presentation,TI high performance DSP chip TMS320F28335 which is floating。point, high—speed computing,and contains rich on—chip resources is used to complete software and hardware design of the control system,the control and application paograms of the
