武汉理丁大学硕士学位论文Abstract 武汉理丁大学硕士学位论文 Abstract As the beginning of the second step of Southward water to North Project， the height of the dam of Danjian业on Reservoir would be increased．The normal heJ【曲t of sluice would increase from l 57meters to 1 70meters．After increase of the dam，ShiYan City,Danjian峦ou City，Yun Country and Yunxi Country would be merged into Dailjiangkou Reservoir．Then，abundant vernacular architectures would be submerged。 As part of Chinese traditional architecture，the vemaculatarchitectures of Danjiangkou Rcservoir zone have their own features because of their particular geographic environment．Their functions are economic and reasonable，their sculpt are flexible and unadorned．and they are closely linked with the nati．u-e．So the research of them has special values and particular significance in aesthetics， geographic environment，folk culture and regional culture，and so on．FuIl analysis of tlle vemacular there is significative．0n ore hand。it can be a hislodcal recordation，which carl be known by the offspring；on也e other hand． some valued traditional elements could be used by today’s designs． After a mass of fieldwork and survey，with abundant photograph information and hard．drawing information．this Paper attempt to start wit}l the survival environment of the vemacular architectures，which include nature environment and culture environment．The nature environment includes terrain，elimate，soil and plants，local recourse，traffic．The culture environment inchides the history of the Danjiangkou zone，faith，folkway etc．In the third chapter of this paper, some factors such as politics．military a髓irs which affect the change of the human settlements are discussed．Further more，the characters of collective human settlement and dispersive human settlement are discussed too，In the forth chapter ofthis paper,the planar formats，spatial disposal，and decoration of small parts ofthe vemacular architectures of Danjiangkou Reservoir zone are analyzed． Based on the disgussions ab
