摘要摘要 摘要 摘要 顶岗实习是在教育实习寻求改革的基础上提出的一种实习模式。它要求高师 院校的实习生到农村或城市中小学顶替原教师岗位实习，高师院校对被顶替教师 进行免费的业务培训。因为是以充当教师的角色参与实习，顶岗实习就有区别于 集中实习的实践意义，那就是让实习生对教师职业有更深刻、更直接地体验和认 识。 本文采用实地研究的方法，深入实习学校观察参与顶岗的实习生的教学和班 主任工作，探究顶岗实习的实际实施效果。通过课堂观察、非结构性访谈以及收 集实习生的实习日记和总结等一些第一手资料，对顶岗实习全过程进行研究，揭 示顶岗实习对于师范生的价值。 本研究首先以顶岗实习是高师院校教育实习改革为研究缘起，对国内的研究 进行梳理：简要介绍了本课题的研究方法以及研究过程，并对相关概念进行界定。 然后通过对师范生进行课堂观察、访谈、收集实习日志等方式考察顶岗实习实施 教学技巧、教育教学能力方 集中实习的培养价值。最后 ‘ AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Replacement teaching practice is a kind of pattern which based on the reformation of traditional teaching practice．It requires normal university interns to rural or urban primary or secondary school and replaced the teachers in that school， the replaced teachers accept normal university’S free training．The role of interns is to act as teachers，SO replacement teaching practice is different from traditional teaching practice focused on practical significance．That is to the teaching profession interns have a deeper experience and more direct understanding． This paper mainly uses the field research method to observe interns’teaching work and teacher in charge work and explore the effects of replacement teaching practice．I collected a lot of first hand materials through observation，interviewing and collecting diaries of practice teaching and statement of smnmary,which in order to did a study of the whole process of replacement teaching practice and reveal the value of replacement teaching practice for the interns． Firstly,the paper expounds replacement teaching practice is a kind of paRern which based on the reformation of traditional teaching practice as origin of this research,and introduces the domestic study as well as the research methodology and research process of this subject briefly,and defines the related concepts．Then the research based on the interns’classroom teaching，the interviews as well as the interns’logs to explore the efficiency of replacement teaching practice,and analyzed its value in the terms of craft conscio
