摘 摘 要 2002年开始，一种新的家校沟通方式——“家校通兴起，企图掀起家校合作 的一场革命。“家校通”利用互联网、移动通信、语音合成、计算机电话集成、数据 库技术，将公共交换电话网、互联网、移动通信网紧密结合，试图为学校、家庭及 社会提供一种有效、便捷、及时的沟通辅助系统。几年过去了，“家校通从无到有， 由点及面的发展起来，已经逐渐走进千家万户，成为学校和家庭联系的主要形式。 但是“家校通是不是真的改变了家校合作效果不佳的局面，是不是真的改革 了家校合作的方式方法并取得良好的沟通效果呢?本文通过调查研究，揭示“家校 通在家校合作中运用的现状，分析它对家校合作产生的种种影响，提出了制约其 使用效果发挥的四大因素。最后，本文进一步从学校、家庭、教育体制以及“家校 通”本身出发，就如何改善“家校通使用情况差、家校合作效果不良等现状提出 了几点思考。 关键词：家校通，中小学，运用 --__-．．．．．．．．．．．．．．——。．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．一 --__-．．．．．．．．．．．．．．——。．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．．一 AbstractFrom Abstract From the year 2002 on,families-school connection．a new means of communication between famlies and schools，is growing in popularity,attempting to reform the cooperation between them．Based on the technology of Internet，mobile communication， text to speech，computer telephone integration，and database，families—school connection has closely combined public switched telephone network,Internet and mobile communication，which provides families，schools and society with锄effective， convenient and timely communicate auxiliary system．In the past few years， families—school connection has been developing at ail amazing speed and appplied by many families，becoming the main means of communication between families and schools． Despite its popularity,some problems still exist．Has it really impproved the poor cooperation between families and schools?Has it really reformed the means of communication and achieved good communication between families and schools?This essay,through investigation and studies，reveals the present situation of its application in the family—school cooperation，analyzes its various effect on family—school cooperation and also points out four major factors which restrict the effect of its application．At the end of the essay,from the angle of families，schools and the educational system itself, several advice on how to improve the poor usage of families-school connection and the poor cooperation between families and schools are put forward． Key words：families—school connection
