More and more people are becoming aware of the disadvantages of the existing retirement system and the existing problems. Therefore, the reform of the existing retirement system is doubtlessly needed and has attracted many experts` attentions. Based on the previous researches of the experts, the feasibility of extending the retirement age is going to be analyzed in this paper. Moreover, under the help of the data to predict the population structure and population aging degree in the near future, specific approaches for the new retirement system are also proposed in the paper as well, expecting to avoid the negative impacts that the aging pop
