Along with the economical globalization fast development,the business environment which the enterprise faces complex,the market competition day by day is day by day intense,enterprises human and the human capital already became the enterprise to have the competitive power and the sustainable development important attribute.At present still labor-intensive form
primarily Jiujiang Corporation,was draining the question faced with the serious personnel. Personnel’s outflow had the huge influence to the enterprise,the staff drained.has enlarged the
enterprise human capital and the investment cost,reduced the entire troops stability,caused the enterprise competitive power to drop,the staff outflow caused the post vacancy,the machine to stop directly transfers with the assembly line paralysis.This article according to the staffwho the
modern human management theory and the predecessor proposed to drain the model,
drained the condition and the reason to the Jiujiang Corporation staff has carried the multi-position investigation.In the investigation data foundation,has analyzed the Jiujiang Corporation staffs composition characteristic and the outflow present situation,has separately discussed in,the external causes which the enterprise staff drains,has analyzed each kind of influence factor which the staff drains.Because the enterprise staffs have the school record/specialized skill and has enterprise post/status difference,thus has the different reward expectation,the achievement expectation,the opportunity expectation and the socialized motive,These motives had decided t11ey intense pursue which to the salary,the enterprise,
individual and the enterprise develops,finally is controlling their behavior,becomes intrinsic agent which the staff drains.In drains the intrinsic agent analysis to the staff in the foundation,the union correlation theories model and the reality investigation data,has established
