Vol.36 No.2 石油化工应用 第36 卷 第2 期 Feb. 2017 PETROCHEMICAL INDUSTRY APPLICATION 2017 年2 月 含硫污水处理技术研究 刘 磊，张 博，郭宏峰，黄 侠，王冠华，李 安，刘天卓 （ 中海油田服务股份有限公司油田生产事业部，天津 300459） 摘 要：油田污水含硫会加速对金属材料的腐蚀，破坏污水处理系统及注水系统，其腐蚀产物FeS 堵塞地层，降低水驱 效果，增加洗井和酸化次数。针对污水硫含量超标的问题，筛选评价了3 种类型9 种除硫剂的除硫效果。复合型除硫剂 除硫效果较沉淀型、氧化型除硫剂好，其中除硫剂CS-03 效果最佳。模拟污水除硫的最佳除硫时间为2 h ，最佳pH 值为 5 ，温度越高，除硫剂加量越大，除硫效果越好。除硫剂CS-03 在江汉油田某联合站进行应用，加量为50 mg/L 时处理后 污水硫含量在1.0 mg/L 左右。除硫剂CS-03 在渤海油田某平台调驱作业中应用，加量为500 mg/L 时处理后污水硫含量 小于10 mg/L。除硫剂CS-03 应用效果良好，除硫稳定性高。 关键词：油田污水；除硫剂；除硫率；现场实验 中图分类号：TE992.2 文献标识码：A 文章编号：1673-5285 （2017）02-0009-05 DOI: 10.3969/j.issn.1673-5285.2017.02.003 Treatment technology of sulfur removal on production sewage LIU Lei ，ZHANG Bo ，GUO Hongfeng，HUANG Xia，WANG Guanhua ，LI An ，LIU Tianzhuo （Production Optimization ，China Oilfield Services Limited，Tianjin 300459，China） Abstract:Oilfield sewage containing sulfur will accelerate the corrosion of metallic material, destroy the sewage treatment system and water injection system. The corrosion product FeS can clog stratigraphic thereby reducing the effect of water flooding and increasing the num－ ber of flushing and acidification. This article aimed at the problem of removal sulfur, large numbers of experiment were done to evaluate 3 types of 9 kinds sulfur removal agents.
