中 文 摘 要 今晚网数字媒体资源管理及发布系统的设计采用 j2ee 体系，java 编程语言， 采用了非结构信息在线挖掘技术、智能语义分析技术、数字视频管理技术等，构 建了基于互联网，实现数字媒体资源的采集、整理、存储及发布管理的综合信息 管理系统。 具体包括如下子系统：数字媒体资源管理及发布子系统实现了数字媒体信息 的在线收集、通过敏感词设定实现热点信息的追踪、信息的结构化处理、分类及 索引及存储管理；发布功能可实现以网站形式组织栏目、设定页面模版、文档的 管理、发布形式设定等的管理。 数字视频管理子系统实现了流媒体资源的采集、图文生成、在线直播、在线 点播、互动交流的综合功能，作为数字媒体资源库的重要来源，对信息发布起到 了重要的资源支撑作用。 通过构建今晚网数字媒体资源管理及发布系统，极大地丰富了今晚传媒集团 作为重要的新闻资讯专业机构，在新媒体形式下，多种数字信息资源的采集范围 和信息拥有量，传播的效率，提高了业界的知名度。在组建了今晚传媒集团后， 能够更好的发挥集团作为地方媒体在新闻、宣传及资讯服务方面的关键作用。 关键词：新媒体 内容管理与发布 文本语义分析 数字音视频管理 Abstract The jinwan network digital media resource management and publishing system adopts J2EE architecture and Java programming language. Moreover, online mining techniques for unstructured information, intelligent semantic analysis techniques, and digital video management techniques are also used in this system. Thus, a comprehensive information management system is constructed to implement the collection, sorting, storing and publishing of digital media resources. This system is composed of the two subsystems. First, the digital media resource management and publishing subsystem can implement the online collection of digital information, track the hot topics through setting the sensitive words, and structurize, classify, index and store the collected information. The publishing functions include managing a site section, setting the page template, publishing the documents, and even setting the publishing types. Second,the digital video management subsystem achieves the comprehensive functions such as the collection of the streaming media resources,the generation of text and graphics, live online, live on-demand, mutual communication and so on. As the important source of digital media repository, it plays an important role of resource supporting.
