ABSTRACTAt ABSTRACT At present，our country is carrying on the policy of lasting development．Our goverurnent pays more attention to the inland river transportation，which brings less pollution，occupies less land，and consumes less energy．The channels and ship-locks have made more progress in construction，at the same time，whether ship form Can be standardized will decide on the development ofinland river transportation． Based on the above background and appraisers’researches on ship form stmadardization at home mad abroad．at first，the thesis simply presents Our country inland river transportation survey and inland constructions plans，generalizes the ship form problems existing in the transportation ships，farther，we study Jing Hang canal whose channels and ship-locks are better than others，but ship form relatively poor， and we analysis its fleet structure，and narrate the vessels whose propellers are hung behind the vessels’tails． Aiming at how to solve the problems，we put forward the idea of standardization， introduce and refer the abroad experience to generalize the measures of ship form standardization of Jing Hang canal．(1)Based on such factors，we generalize the economic encourage policy for standardization，and clarify the allowance standard and total amount．(2)make the relative law measure to ensure ship form standardization．(3) advance the ship form RD’S technology support， and present some ready standardization ship parameters． The study in the thesis could be used as reference for inland shipping administrators and appraisers． At last，the thesis puts forward some problems encountered in writing the thesis to retain the appraisers’attention． Keywords：Jing Hang canal；ship form；standardization；measure 第1章 第1章 前言 1．1选题背景和意义 我国内河水运历史悠久，但是近代以来，我国内河航运与发达国家内河航运 相比，比较落后。美国、德国、荷兰等国家通航1000吨级驳船的航道里程约占 各国航道里程的50％以上，而我国仅占4％左右：在10万多公里的内河航道中， 我国近50％的航道水深不足一米。我国内河航运落后的根本原因在于其长期以来 不受重视。近年来，国家对内河航运建设的重要性和紧迫性意识不断加强，我国 在九五期间部署了在内河重点建设长江干线、西江干线、京杭运河及长江三角洲 江南航道网和珠江航道网，待这一目标的完成，我国内河主航道将
