倒打髓内钉与股骨远端驟钢板治疗股骨驟上骨折疗效分析 梁开心 邓万洪 江勇 杨薛筠 (重庆万盛南桐矿业公司总医院外三科 重庆400802) 【摘要】 目的：探讨倒打髓内钉与股骨远端牒钢板手术方法对股骨牒上骨 折的治疗效果，为临床股骨礫上骨折的治疗作出指导。方法：将2010年3月到 2014年12月期间到我院接受治疗的股骨礫上骨折患者104例随机分为两组，分 别行倒打髓内钉固定手术和股骨远端驟钢板固定手术，记录并比较两组患者的手 术时间、手术过程中的出血量、切口长度，以及术后患者骨折愈合时间，并对两 种方法治疗股骨礫上骨折的疗效进行评价。结果：倒打髓内钉组患者的平均手术 时间、手术过程中失血量、切口长度均显著性低于股骨远端髀钢板组(Plt;0.05)； 对倒打随内钉组患者和股骨远端礫钢板组患者和愈合时间合治疗疗效等级评定 发现，两组骨折愈合时间、治疗优良率和疗效评分比较均无统计学意义 (Pgt；0.05)o结论：倒打髓内钉和股骨远端髀钢板对股骨牒上骨折的治疗均具 有良好的效果，但是倒打髓内钉固定方法在牛物力学方面与股骨远端礫钢板固定 方法相比有优越性。在临床使用时要根据患者实际情况选择固定方法，以期望达 到最佳的治疗效果。 【关键词】倒打髓内钉；股骨远端礫钢板；股骨礫上骨折 【中图分类号】R683 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2016) 16-0192-02 Explore the retrograde intramedullary nail and distal femoral condyle plate for the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures [Abstract】Objective Study of retrograde intramedullary nail and the distal femoralcondyle plate operation method for femoral supracondylar fracture treatment” make guidanee for the treatment of femoral supracondylar fractures. Methods 104 patients came to our hospital for treatment of femoral supracondylarfractures during 2010 March to 2014 November period were randomly divided into two groups, performed retrograde intramedullary nail fixation operationand distal femoral condylar plate fixation operation respectively, record and compared the two groups lsquo;operati on time, blood loss and len gth of incision .Results The retrograde intramedullary nail grouprsquo; average operation time, blood loss during operation, the length of incision were significantly lower than the distal femoral condyle plate group(Plt;0.05),the healing time and curative effect assessment of two groups show that fracture healing time, excellent and good rate and efficacy score of treatment were no statistical significanee (Pgt;0.05)? Conclusions The retrograde intramedullary nail and the distal femoral condyle plate both have good effect on the treatment of femoral supracondylar fracture.But a retrograde intramedullary nail fixation method is superior in biomechanical aspects
