Abstract The healthy right is a basic human right that everyone should enjoy. the realization of citizens healthy right is a important symbol of social development and progress. the realization of the health depends on medical and health services, the key measures to realize fairness on healthy right is to establish the medical security system. The rural medical security is an important part of the Chinese medical security system, but the farmers’ medical security problems has been a short board and the difficulties of Chinese medical security system. The rural medical security system is relation to the rural residents’ health, which is a major livelihood issues. The healthy right protection is the value orientation of rural medical security system. In this paper, I study the rural medical security system in our country from the healthy right protection perspective. On the basis of the UN committee on economic, social and cultural rights (2000) No. 14, the 22nd meeting the provisions of the general comment on the healthy right to discover the advantage and shortage in our rural medical security. Thus ,the paper puts forward the advice to pefect our county’s rural rural medical security the can solve some problems in our present certain system With the efforts of state and government, The medical security system and service coverage has reached a relatively high proportion in our country. The medical security system in our country has made great improvement, but there are still some problems need to solve .If we overcome the defects we can better protect the farmers’ healthy right.
