Ss: Hello, teacher. T: How are you today? Ss: Fine, thank you. And you? T: I am fine, too. Nice to meet you. Ss: Nice to meet you, too. 2. 与学生就“动物”的话题进行对话，如： T: Good morning, boys and girls! Ss: Good morning, Miss Lee! T: (拿出一张熊猫的图片) Look, I have a panda! Ss: Wow! It’s nice! T: Thanks. Step 2: Preview 教师出示学生上学期学的有节奏、有韵律的歌谣，让学生练习唱，复习有关动物的知识。 I have a panda. Me too! I have a dog. Me too! (1) 教学新单词。 教师出示下列谜语让学生猜： 一种动物名叫鹿，鹿角不长脖子长。 学生猜出谜底是“长颈鹿”后，教师出示长颈鹿的图片说：Look at the giraffe. Its neck is long(强调单词long). 然后出示一张兔子的图片，说：Look at the rabbit. Its tail is short(强调单词short). 接着教师出示一张可爱的大熊猫的图片，说：Look at the panda. It’s fat(强调单词fat).然后出示一张猴子的图片，说：Look at the monkey. It’s thin(强调单词thin). 教师将单词“long”和“short”，“fat”和“thin”写在黑板上，带学生读几遍，帮助学生读准读音，然后师生用“唱反调”的方法练习读单词。 (2) 介绍动物园中的动物： 教师依次出示熊猫、大象、猴子、兔子、小鸟等各种动物的图片，说：A zoo is in our city.
