基于 基于 OD 矩阵推算的 CBD 交通影响分析 The CBD traffic impact analysis based on OD matrix estimation ABSTRACT Following Chinas social and economic development, in recent years, as well as the urban layout of urban organizing groups to connect surrounding satellite towns has gradually development in urban planning; gradually form a multi-center city layout by the organizing groups of local area. Against this background, each central area gradually form their own set of financial, business, shopping and so on as one of the central business district, namely CBD. because of its own characteristics, will inevitably lead to the formation of a large amount of traffic generation and attraction, which makes the surrounding road network of the operating structure will appear relatively large changes, lead to bring about congestion, delay increases, some larger deviations utilization of road infrastructure, increase the cost of travel and a range of issues. The paper is researching how to resolve the above problems by the systematic study. The main contents of this paper is divided into five chapters, four parts, the first part of this paper discusses the background, purpose and meaning, introducing the concepts and features associated with the CBD, the second part forecasts traffic flow of background based on the OD matrix estimation, The third part is traffic impact analysis of road network around the CBD by combining the results of Chapter three, these two chapters are the core of this paper. The last part mainly introduced the scheme of traffic organization to solve adverse effects after construction of the CBD. The planning of this paper is to study the level of road network effect after construction of the CBD, the accuracy based on the accuracy of the background traffic flow, so it is crucial to the planning year traffic forecast, this paper is bi-level programming model for application based on road traffic to OD matrix estimation for road networks to be the core part, using a bi-
