Step II Lead-in Self-introduction and making friends. Tell students a secret and lead out the topic of clothes. Step III New Words Teaching a. Teacher shows pictures of clothes one by one. Students master the new words well by reading several times. b. Teacher classifies the new words into two types: Singular countable nouns Plural countable nouns. c. Play a funny game. d. Do exercises of 1a and check with class. Step IV New Sentences Teaching Introduce two different kinds of money to students and help students to find out the differences between their usages in English.
