摘要信息技术的日新月异使得图书馆的服务方式也在不断的改变，为了使图书馆使用者 摘要 信息技术的日新月异使得图书馆的服务方式也在不断的改变，为了使图书馆使用者 在资料搜索上更加便利，本研究提供给高校图书馆一个创新服务方式，即基于物联网 (Internet ofThings)概念设计的loT图书推荐服务，此方式将图书馆网络服务功能整合， 使用者运用物联网装置，可随时随地快速地搜寻图书信息。 本研究主要包括与高校图书馆资深管理员进行深度访谈，并将访谈结果作为问卷前 测，找出可能影响图书馆使用者对loT图书推荐服务的外部因素；进行图书馆使用者问 卷调查，以探讨图书馆使用者对loT图书推荐服务的使用意愿；设计loT图书推荐服务 Demo系统，探讨loT图书推荐服务应用在高校图书馆的可行性分析。 深度访谈方面，依据访谈结果归纳出图书馆在使用loT图书推荐服务时应考虑使用 者的习惯、信息安全、组织策略、系统技术与资源、外部环境等五项因素；问卷调查发 现，使用者对于使用物联网创新方式普遍表示认同，特别是在有用性方面，对loT图书 推荐服务的使用态度趋于正向。研究结果显示，loT图书推荐服务Demo系统比一般网 络商店的推荐服务方式在操作上更加便利，能提供更加人性化的服务。本研究结果将对 后续系统服务功能实现提供一个参考依据。 关键词：物联网，图书推荐服务系统，创新服务 ABSTRACTDriven ABSTRACT Driven by IT innovation and library materials search methods，services of libraries have been changing and improving．The main purpose of this thesis is tO propose an innovative service for university 1ibraries by combining general services of library networks to apply Intemet of Things(IoT)to build book-recommended system．Readers use devices to find books which fit their preferences through loT book-recommended service In．depth interviews with information commissioners of university libraries are held，and the interview resuIts踟．e made pre．testing questionnaire to design the external variables which may affect library readers using this innovative service．Questionnaire surveys for the library conducted to analyze the users、Ⅳi11ingIless to use this loT book-recommended service．To verify the feasibility analysis of this innovative service in university libraries，an IoT book·recommended Demo system has been built· The me州ew resuIts summarized five elements of consideration--the user habits，information security,organizational strategy,system technology,and external environmental factors．The survey results show mat users generally approve the operation and application of IoT book-recommended service， mat especially its usefulness，and their attitude toward using the service turns positive·The results show the opera石on of the IoT book-recommended Demo system is more conveni
