体育锻炼改善残疾人身体功能的研究进展⓪

[摘要] 运用ICF 理论与方法，探讨体育锻炼对残疾人身体功能的改善作用。体育锻炼可以改善残疾人身体功能，主要表现为
精神功能，心血管、血液、免疫和呼吸系统功能以及神经肌肉骨骼和运动有关的功能。研究还根据ICF 的理论与方法，提出残疾
人运动康复理论与方法。

Abstract: Based on the theory and approach of International Classification of Functioning, Disability and Health (ICF), the literatures
on the improvement of physical function by physical exercise were reviewed. People with disabilities can improve their body functions, in-
cluding mental function, cardiovascular, blood, immune and respiratory function and neuromuscular skeletal and motor related functions via
sport and exercise rehabilitation. Some advice was suggested about sports rehabilitation for the disabled.
