II II Abstract As a new inorganic nonmetal material,Fiberglass has has many excellent properties such as corrosion resistance, heat insulation and it is widely applied in industries such as transportation,construction,environmental-protection,petrochemical industry,electronics,aviation and national defence.Now it has been a sunrise industry in the world. But the fiberglass industry is also a heavy-asset industry, just one production line needs huge investment and the input-output ratio is low.As a result,along with the development of the industry and the fiercely competitive environment,Ju Shi company is facing severe financial pressure on sustainable development. Therefore, this article mainly studies on the financing decision problems based on the enterprise financing theory and the AHP theory. This paper firstly summarizes the classic enterprise financing theory and the AHP theory which was studied in domestic and foreign. Then it introduces the status quo of the industry and Jushi company.Particularly, it deeply analyzes the financing status of Jushi through qualitative and quantitative methods.On the basis of the above,the article construct the financing decision-making analytic hierarchy model based on the AHP method,And it selects a more optimal financing strategy by calculating the weight of every factor in the model.Finally, the writer puts forward some suggestion to the implementation of the strategy from the risk aversion angle. In this research, the author integrates the modern enterprise financing theory and the analytic hierarchy theory with practice.It is not only trying to construct a set of scientific and reasonable financing strategy, but also attempting to encourage the senior managers to think of the financing issues from the quantitative angle.
