Oalthough city public space gradually fade out the line of our sight, but the nature of human’s life is their communication, urban cultural accumulation originates from the life of people, Only people to promote the use of public space and the interaction of the public can build a dynamic public space. How to enhance the vitality of public space, How to enhance the vitality of public space, drag people out of the personal private space and bring them back to the public space is the problem which designer need to think about. How to use the contemporary public art as a mean of promoting the vigor of public space, makes public art can not only satisfy people’s functional requirement but alos to meet people’s demand of a higher level of communication and spiritual sustenance. the vitality of public space is an important goal of the urban design.
