However, the overall level of remote sensing technology can not meet practical requirements. Outstanding performance in real-time monitoring and processing capacity can not meet the actual needs. For example, although the majority of satellite remote sensing platforms can provide higher spatial resolution, high spatial resolution satellite is bound to sacrifice their time resolution and observed range, the temporal resolution of satellite sensors and observation range meet the needs of real-time monitoring, but its spatial resolution gave the image processing has brought a lot of difficulties, so that it can not extract more detailed spatial information. Such contradiction of the space-time a large extent, limit the practical application of remote sensing.
