The scarcity of the characteristics of government information resources to enhance the efficiency of the allocation of government information resources in order to better meet the needs of the public, it is necessary for scientific and rational allocation of government information resources to meet the government and the information needs of the public. Government Information Resources Allocation research development is in its infancy, there is no system, complete theoretical system. With the acceleration of the process of information construction in China, in order to build efficient, sun-government, government information resources must be reasonable configuration. This paper first describes the theory of government information resources allocation, and then analyze the configuration status of the development of government information resources and inadequacies, and stated that the government information resource allocation problems, and finally the development of government information resources allocation practical strategies and paths.
