11 11 11111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111111 Y1849665 摘 摘要 在目前我国证券市场机制不健全的背景下，人们对公词并购意组存在诸多 错误和偏差的认识和理解。因此，认真的研究公司并购重组问题，特别是对其 绩效进行考察，无论是理论探索坯是指导实践都是非常必要的。 本课题的研究主要集中在基于粗糙集与动态模糊依赖关系理论来建立上市 公词并购重组绩效评价模型。论文研究工作主要包括以下几个方即: (1)简要概述了有关粗糙集和功态模糊依赖关系基本理论和方法。 (2) 简费概述了公司并购置组的内涵、公司并购重组方式，公司并购重组 绩效评价指标和公司并购重组绩效评价模型。 (3) 提出基于粗糙集和动态模糊依赖关系理论的上市公司并购重组绩效评 价模型，详细给出运用该模型进行绩效评价的步骤。 (4) 运用提出的评价模型开发了演示系统进行实证测试，测试结果表明所 提出的方法是有效的。 论文提出基于 Rough Set 和动态模糊依赖关系的上市公司并购置组绩效评 价模型，为上市公司并购重组绩效评价提供了一个有效的细化指标体系和客观 的评价方法，体现了评价结果的客观性和准确性。 关键词:粗糙集;动态模糊依赖关系;上市公司:绩效评价 ll.，. l l .，. ABSTRACT People have much wrong and bias cognition on company merger and Acquisition (M A) below the setting of the stock Market Mechanism in our country being unsound. Its necessaηto research M A，especially to investigate its performance ， whatever to explore thωry or to guide practice. 丁he research of this paper focus on building M A performance evaluation model based on rough set and dynamic fuzzy set theo叩.The research work mainly includes below field: (1)日riefly summarized basic theo叩 and method on Rough set and Dynarnic fuzzy set. Briefly summarized the connotation，way，performance evaluation index and performance evaluation model of M A. Come up with M A performance evaluation method based on the model of rough set and dynamic fuzzy dependence relation. By utilizing evaluation model put forward ，exploit demonstrate system and do demonstration test.The test result demonstrates that the method is effective. This paper comes up with the performance evaluation method of M A of Listed Companies Based on Rough Sets and Dynamic Fuzzy Dependence Relation ，provides an effective detailed index system and impersonal evaluation methodology，embodies the impersonality and acc旧acy of evaluation result.
