II II Abstract With the popularization of higher education, the requirement of higher education is more than just increasing in quantity, more importantly, improving the quality of talent. In the process of the popularization, how to play a role of college is an important factor to ensure high quality development of higher education. High quality curriculum is the key to the development of the University. Higher education massification is a opportunity to research undergraduate curriculum system. On the basis of reviewing present study of the curriculum system at home and abroad, it analyzes the current curriculum system which is subject-centered, proposes the construction program of capacity-oriented curriculum system, focuses on the application of association rules in construction of curriculum system. The main contents are as follows: It analyzes the current reform of curriculum system, introduces capacity and capacity-oriented concept in construction of curriculum system, proposes the method of construction of curriculum system. It proposes concrete steps of constructing capacity-oriented curriculum system. First, according to professional competence, setting questionnaire and surveying experts, staff of enterprises and graduate to obtain data. Second, using Apriori algorithm to generate frequent item set to discuss the importance of courses, adjusting curricular structure, as well as analyzing the relationship between courses through mining association rules; Finally，building curriculum system by way of reference to the importance of courses and the relationship of association rules. For a large number of association rules in this paper, proposing similarity metric and distance metric, using hierarchical clustering to classify association rules and mine interesting course information for the construction of curriculum system.
