致 谢 值此论文完成之际，首先感谢我的导师、博士纪成君教授。论文撰写期间，导师给予 了精心指导，可以说，论文的完成凝聚着导师的心血。导师敏锐的思维、渊博的学识、严 谨的治学态度、谦和温厚的人品、追求创新的学术精神、超脱务实、一心向学的人生观给 我留下了深刻印象，并将深深地影响着我。在此，谨向纪老师致以崇高敬意和诚挚感谢， 并致以最良好的祝愿。 感谢我的师兄、同学对我的关心与帮助，为能够成为你们其中的一员而感到骄傲和自 豪。 感谢辽宁工程技术大学以及研究生学院、工商管理学院的领导、同事对我的支持和帮 助。 感谢我的家人和亲人对我的理解、支持。 感谢评审和评阅我论文的专家们，你们的赐教将会使我的研究进一步完善和深化。 摘 要 从 20 世纪的中期开始，世界各国都高度重视科学技术，竞相增加对高 新技术的投资 ，纷纷制定高新技术及其产业发展政策 ，鼓励高新技术和高新 技术产业发展成为各国政府的主要战略任务。 在借鉴一些学者的优秀研究成果的基础上 ，结合江苏省的高新技术产业的 发展现状和现实特点，运用高新技术 产业竞争力的理论，对国家高新技术产 业发展现状进行了概括性描述，从产 业投入能力、产业产出能力、产业技术 创新能力、产业支持环境能力和产业 综合竞争力方面对江苏省高新技术产业 现状进行了具体的描述。通过收集江 苏省及全国其他有代表性的省份自治区 的数据，构建指标体系，选取因子分 析法和聚类分析法对产业投入能力竞争 力分析、产业产出能力竞争力分析、 产业技术创新能力竞争力分析、产业支 持环境竞争力分析和产业综合竞争力 评价分析。通过分析后得出了江苏省高 新技术产业综合竞争力处于全国上游 的水平，针对存在的一些问题，提出适 合江苏省高新技术产业的发展思路， 从而为江苏省高新技术产业竞争力的提 升提供参考。 关键词：高新技术；产业竞争力；聚类分析； 因子分析 Abstract From the mid-20th century, every country has increased the emphasis on science and technology and competed to increase investment in high-tech.Some countries have developed high-tech and high-tech industrial development policy. To encourage the development of high-tech and high-tech industry has become the main strategic task. This thesis is based on the excellent research results of some scholars, and combining with practical features and the development status of high-tech industries in Jiangsu Province, to use the theory of competitive high-tech industries, overview describe the development status of national high-tech industry.
