江西宜春学院大学生体质与心理健康关系研究 江西宜春学院大学生体质与心理健康关系研究 万方数据 万方数据 ABSTRACT As the increasing fierce competition and complexity of human relationships, the quickening pace of modern life, college students mental health problems has become the focus of higher education.In addition, with increasing employment pressure, the increased burden of learning,it has reduced the time of student exercise. As a result,students’body mass started to decline.Therefore, it is an important aspect of college sports to improve physical and mental health of college students at school.So it has some significance of theoretical guidance to grasp the relationship between physical and mental health and guide college students to participate in scientific exercise. According to the literature survey,questionnaire and other methods, it has analyzed the physical and mental health of 1440 Yichun college students.Moreover,it has explored the intrinsic relationship of the physical and mental health through surveys of students different mental health and personality characteristics . The main conclusion of the study: The students of Yichun College has generally good physical health. However, compared with the national university students, Respiratory function have some gaps.It should strengthen the training of heart and lung function. The good rate of physical is not high.It is not obvious between the physical health status of Arts and Science students.However, it has difference among the physical health of the students who come from the different economic regions. The mental health problems of Yichun College students are mainly in Class B, the fewer students are Class A, less than 5%.The majority people has low self-evaluation of the physical and mental health. They are relatively cautious,conservative and introverted in personality characteristics.
