摘 摘 要 万方数据 万方数据 摘 要 在经济迈向全球化的时代,国际交流与日益频繁,各高校不断加强教育国 际化。在教育国际化背景下,外籍教师已然成为高校教育体系中不可或缺的重 要组成部分。由于越来越多的外籍人士加入我国高校教学及科研队伍,高校外 籍教师的管理工作变得日益复杂。如何做好外籍教师聘请和管理工作,激发他 们在教学、科研及国际交流中的作用,已成为高校外事管理工作的当务之急。 本研究以江西高校外籍教师管理员、外籍教师及其学生为调查对象,以管理理 论中的人力资源管理理论(包括跨文化管理理论及激励管理理论)为理论依据, 从聘任方面、培训方面、教学方面、日常管理及外事人员队伍建设五方面对江 西高校外籍教师管理现状进行了分析,并提出了相应管理对策:拓宽外籍教师的 招聘渠道、按需招聘及严格把好招聘关、加强对外籍教师的培训、健全外籍教 师考核制度、建立外籍教师激励机制、促进跨文化管理、加强外籍教师管理队 伍建设,提高外籍教师管理效益,以期为高校外籍教师管理提供一定参考作用、 为外籍教师管理研究及相关管理制度的建立提供参考。 关键词:外籍教师; 跨文化管理; 激励管理; 聘任 I AB ABSTRACT ABSTRACT In this era of economic globalization, with increasingly frequent international exchanges, all colleges and universities continue to strengthen the internationalization of education, in which case, foreign teachers have become an indispensable part of the university education system. As more and more foreign experts join the ranks of university teachers and researchers, university management of foreign teachers is becoming increasingly complicated. Knowing how to hire and manage foreign teachers, stimulate their role in teaching, researching and foreign exchange, and improve the efficiency of employing foreign teachers has become urgent. This research surveyed foreign affairs administrators, foreign teachers and their students from various colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province. Its theoretical basis is human resource management theory (including cross-cultural management theory and incentive management theory). The current situation of the management of foreign teachers in various colleges and universities in Jiangxi Province was analyzed in terms of the recruitment, training, teaching, and daily management of the foreign teachers and the performance of the foreign affairs office staff, and corresponding management measures, are now put forward,.They are broadening foreign teachers recruitment channels, recruiting on-demand and strictly implementing recruitment, strengthening the training of foreign teachers, improving foreign teachers assessment sy
