摘要摘 摘要 摘 要 教师作为人类知识的传承者和科技的创新者，在现代社会中的地位与作用 日益受到公众的重视。世界各国都把建设一支高素质的教师队伍作为强国立国 的一个重要条件。因此，研究高职教师角色对于我国实施“科教兴国战略和 促进高职教育改革具有现实意义。 高职教师角色的内涵是随社会的发展而不断丰富和完善的，由最初单一的 教育者转变成为了教学工作者、科学研究者和社会服务者。现在，人类己经步 入了2l世纪，知识的激增，信息技术的广泛运用，使整个时代呈现出了信息化、 知识化和全球化的特征。新时期的新形势要求高职教育应培养出具有扎实的专 业技术知识，较强的自学能力、创新能力以及交往能力的高素质创新人才，但 是，由于长期以来实行“应试教育’’，江西高职教师在人才培养过程中的角色扮 演与新型人才培养的要求相距甚远。为此，江西高职教师的角色转换势在必行。 基于时代背景和借鉴其他学者的教师角色理论，本文认为江西高职教师应由智 力的开发者转变为全面发展人才的培养者；由知识的传递者转变为学生创新能 力的培养者；由人才的塑造者转变为因材施教者；由专才培养者转变为通才培 养者。 高职教师角色的转换不是仅仅通过个体的自我奋斗就可以实现的，它还需 要适应其成长的“气候’’和“土壤”。但是，目前政府和江西高职院校管理中依 然存在着诸多障碍因素，教师自身的思想素质、职业道德品质和业务素质与理 想型的高职教师角色也还有很长一段距离。因此，本文认为，要促进江西高职 教师角色的有效转换，就必须进一步加强师资队伍管理，不断探索适合我国国 情的、行之有效的教师聘任制度和培养制度。同时，高职教师自身也应该把握 新时期高职教育的特征，积极转变教学思想观念，加强职业道德修养和提高业 务素质，最终实现符合时代要求的高职教师角色形象。 关键词：教师角色；转换；影响因素 Ⅱ AbstractTeachers．嬲transmitters Abstract Teachers．嬲transmitters of human knowledge and innovators of science and technology,are highly valued by the public day by day硒far as their status and role． in the modern society．A teacher force of hi曲quality is regarded as all important condition of making也eir country powerful in all over the countries．Therefore， research into the role of teachers in higher vocational education presents some practical significance for the implementing our strategy‘‘prospering our country by science and education’and advancing the reformation in higher vocational education． 111e connotation of the teachers’role in hi gher vocational education is perfected 谢tll the social development，fxom pure educator at the very beginning to teaching worker,science researcher and social servant．Now man has emered 2 1吼century, which is characterized by information,knowledge and globalization because of the multiplication of knowledge and wide application of information technology．The new situation has made a new demand for higher vocational education：cultivating the innovative，hi曲-quality talents诵m solid technologic knowledge，strong study ability on their OWn,strong innovative and communicative abilit
