中文摘 中文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 I I PAGE PAGE VI 摘 要 人力资源是诸生产要素中具有能动性和创造性的因素。伴随着知识经济浪潮 和全球化经济的不断冲击，各行业竞争的焦点逐渐由资金、产品等物化资源转为 人力资源的竞争。近年来中国社会经济发展繁荣，大量基础设施建设和城市维护 更新的同步进行，人民的工作生活环境得到进一步改善，建筑业作为国民经济的 支柱产业呈现出持续快速的发展趋势。与此同时，居民消费价格总体水平上升幅 度较大，建筑业行业队伍不断壮大，人工成本则不断上涨。作为建筑企业的重要 成本之一，它的上升势必引起总成本的提高，进而影响到产品价格和利润空间， 并关系到建筑企业的综合竞争力。因此，本文在阅读大量文献基础上，综合分析 当前建筑业人工的现状与问题，通过问卷调查、专家访谈定量与定性结合的方式 探究建筑业人工成本发展，为建筑业的持续良好发展做出一定贡献。 首先，本研究根据我国建筑业发展形势，明确界定了建筑业、人工成本等概 念的研究范围；其次，从不同方面全面了解建筑业人工成本发展现状，并分析出 日益上涨的建筑业人工成本带来的影响以及暴露出来的问题；接着，通过问卷调 查设计等方式收集大量工程项目资料，以此为基础描绘我国建筑业人工成本近年 来的发展状况，以重点城市实际住宅楼宇、公共建筑项目为主体，着眼于分析工 程费用中人工、材料、机械费等各自所占比重的浮动变化，找出影响建筑人工成 本的主要因素；最后，结合建筑业发展现状，提出相关建筑业人工成本管理的改 进措施与对策，为行业的发展和政策的制定提供科学依据和有效保障。 关键词：建筑业，人工成本，影响因素，改进措施 英文摘 英文摘要 重庆大 重庆大学硕士学位论文 III III PAGE PAGE IV ABSTRACT Human resource is a factor with initiative and creativity during various ones. With continuous impact of knowledge and globalization of economy, the focus of competition of different industries begins to turn from capital, product and others to human resource. China has enjoyed the prosperity of social and economic development with large scale of infrastructure and urban maintenance in recent years. People’s living and working environment has been further improved due to the rapid growth brought by construction industry, acted as a pillar industry of national economy. Meanwhile, the overall level of consumer price index rises quickly which makes construction labor cost become higher than before with a steady increase in the practitioners. As one of the major costs, the rise of labor cost is bound to increase the total cost which affects the price and profit margins, even determines the overall competitiveness of construction enterprises. Therefore, the paper makes a comprehensive analysis on the current status and problems of construction industry based on a certain amount of literatures.
