摘 摘 要 施工组织设计是指导施工准备和施工全过程的技术经济文件，是对施工活动 实行科学管理的重要手段，也是工程开工后施工活动能有序、高效、科学合理 地进行的保证。施工组织设计是施工技术和施工管理的有机结合体，是指导施 工的重要技术经济文件，其本身的质量对工程建设的成败和经济效益具有决定 性的影响。 但是在现在的给排水工程施工组织设计编制的过程中，呈现一些诸如施工 过程中所累积的建筑施工技术资源得不到有效、充分的应用，编制的给排水工 程施工组织设计主要追求施工效益而很少考虑经济效益，存在只注重组织技术 措施，而没注重经济管理的内容等问题，以至在实施过程中，没有实现经济效 益目标，没有起到施工组织设计应有的作用。优化施工组织设计，对保证工程质 量和施工效率以及加强施工管理和提高建筑企业经济效益都将起到极其重要的 作用。 本文首先针对施工组织设计内容进行了详尽分析，并通过分析施工组织设 计中施工方案、质量控制、进度计划控制三者与工程成本之间的协调关系，提 出优化施工组织设计的方法：优化施工方案、合理安排施工进度，加强质量管 理以及利用网络优化技术。最后通过对具体工程的实证研究，说明了对建筑给 排水工程进行施工组织设计优化的可行性和重要性。 关键词 给排水工程施工 施工组织设计 优化 AbstractAbstract Abstract Abstract Construction work is to guide the construction organization design and construction of the whole process of preparing the technical and economic documents， construction activities is an important means of scientific management，but also after the project starts construction activities to an orderly,efficient，scientific and reasonable to carry out the guarantee．Construction design construction technology and construction management is a combination of body,is to guide the construction of the important technical and economic documents，the quality of its own Success or failure of the project construction has a decisive impact and economic benefits． But in the current water supply and drainage construction process of the preparation of organizational design，showing some of the construction process，such as building construction technology accumulated resources were not effective，fully applied，the preparation of water supply and drainage engineering construction design construction of the main pursuit of effectiveness rarely consider the economic benefits，there is only focus on technical measures organization，and did not pay attention to such issues as the content of economic management and in the implementation process，not to achieve economic goals，did not play its due role in construction plans．Optimize construction design，for ensuring the quality and efficiency of construction and construct
