摘 摘 要 普通高中毕业会考是国家承认的省级普通高中文化课毕业水平考试。江苏 省1993年开始实施普通高中会考制度，对学校全面贯彻教育方针、坚持正确 的办学方向、促进学生全面发展起到了促进作用。随着江苏高考科目设置的改 革，会考政策也做了相应的调整。现在，江苏省高中会考实际包括涉及政治、 历史、地理、物理、化学、生物六门学科的高考综合考试，高中学生信息技术 等级考试，理科实验操作和劳技课考查。但目前的高考综合考试在考试功能、 考试管理等方面暴露了不少问题，不利于普通高中教育的发展，不能适应江苏 省2005年全面推行的普通高中新课程改革。 本文着重对会考内部管理制度改革和影响会考改革与发展的外部关系进 行了研究，论述了高中会考主要在这样几个方面进行改革：1、建立科学合理的 普通高中会考标准，实现高中会考标准参照的真实意义。2、加强会考质量管理， 提高会考的信度与效度。3、将新课程方案中的校内综合评价按一定比例进入会考 成绩。4、合理设置会考的科目。5、建立会考证书制度。6、建立科学协调的教 育质量监测体系，实现会考的监测意义。 关键词： 普通高中会考改革研究 AbstractCommon Abstract Common high school uniform examination is the high school general knowledge course level examination of province level recognized by OUr country．Since 1993 the high school uniform examination system was put into effect，overall improvement of students has been promoted．At present，high school uniform examination of JiangSu province include college comprehensive enhance examination involved with politics， history，geography，physics，chemistry，biology，information techonology level examination of high school students．science experiment operation and 1abor skill examination．But there are some problems in examination function and management for college comprehensive enWance examination．It is bad for the development of high school education and cannot adapt to the common high school new course reform practiced widely in 2005． This essay put emphasis on reform of internal uniform examination management system and external relations that influence reform and improvement of uniform examination．At the same time。the essay deals with the following reforms of high school uniform examination．First，it sets up scientific and reasonable common high school examination standard to realize the true meaning of reference to the high school uniform examination．Second，it enhances quality management of uniform examination to improve credit and result of uniform examination．Third。 the comprehensive evaluation of school in new course plan is put into uniform examination in reasonable proportion．
