真菌均有抑制作用。关键词：拮抗细菌鉴定水稻细菌性条斑病生物防治 真菌均有抑制作用。 关键词：拮抗细菌鉴定水稻细菌性条斑病生物防治 Ⅱ STUDY STUDY ON BIoCoNTRoL OF lUCE BACTERIAL LEAF STREAK WITH ANTAGoNISTIC BACTERIA ABSTRACT One hundred and forty-eight bacterial strains wege isolated from air,soil,rice paddy water,exteriors of rice and inside of rice collected from various ams in Guangai． Fifty-seven strains wjm antagonistic agtivity against Xanthomonus删y狮P pv．oryzicola， weI譬obtained using inhibition zone ao screening indicator．Of the antagonistic strains- Ja2 was identified船Burkholderia vietnamiensis Yabuuchi et aL based on its morphological,physiological and biochemical characteristics那well as 16S rDNA sequence，and strain De3嬲Pseudomonas sp．based on its morphological，physiological and biochemical characteristics．For the growth of strain Ja2，the optimum pH and temperature WClI屯7．5--8．0 and 34℃，respectively．For the growth of strain De3，the optimum pH and temperature were 7．0 and 34℃．respectively．It could use many substances as carbon and nitrogen sonrgcs． Thdr fungistatic actions were influenced by temperatures，pHs and media．The bioassay results of genetic stability in the inhibition activity of Ja2 and De3 indicated that strains Ja2 and Dc3 had stable antagonistic activities against Xanthomonas oryzae pv．o删cohz．During eight generations transferred,the diameters of inhibition zone scarcely varied．The tests on the ahmty of promoting rice growth showed恤at,there were eleven strains with the ability of promoting growth of rice among the fifty-seV蛆 antagonistic strains．In greenhouse tests．strains Ja2 and De3 showed 51．7％and 38．1％ of efficacies in reducing lesion formation of rice bacterial leaf streak,respectively．Stains Ja2 and De3 showed widespread antimierobial spectrum．They could缸hmn not onty growth of bacteria,but also fungi causing phnt diseases． m KEY KEY WORDS：bacillus；identification；rice bacterial leaf streak；Xanthomonas oryzae pv．oryzicola；biological control IV 广西大学学位论文原创性声明和使用授权说明原创性声明 广西大学学位论文原创性声明和使用授权说明 原创性声明 本人声明：所呈交的学
