《育 達 科 大 學 報 》 第37 期 ，民國103 年4 月 ，第95-118 頁 Yu Da Academic Journal Vol.37, April 2014, pp. 95-118. 幼兒園教師自我覺察身心健康異常原因之 個案研究 ＊ ＊＊ 洪鈺琁   陳嘉彌 摘要 本文是以幼兒園現職教師身心健康發生異常之個案為例 ，主要探討造成幼兒園 教 師身心健康異常之相 關因素 ，同時瞭解壓力對教 師身心健康 的影響 。研 究方法 採個案研 究法 （case study ） ，個案是北部地區公立國小附設幼兒園2位身心疑似異 常之教 師為研 究對 象 。研 究結果得到4 點啟示 ：（1 ）幼教工作繁雜 ，易使幼兒園 教師產生壓力 ，教師應使 自我具備更多正面思考 。 （2 ）瞭解 同儕 間不同特 質的教 師 ，調整 自己與其他教師的相處模 式 。 （3 ）學校行政單位應居 中了解並協助教師 處理身心健康的問題 。 （4 ）職前溝通技巧訓練 。本文研 究結果對於現職幼兒園教 師及相 關行政人員 ，提供一些思考的議題及作法供參考 。 關鍵字：教師心理衛生、工作壓力、人際關係 * 　 臺灣大學附設幼兒園教師；國立臺東大學幼兒教育系碩士班研究生。 **　 國立臺東大學教育學與幼教系合聘教授(通訊作者) 。 - 95 - 育達科大學報 ．第 37 期 ．民國 103 年 4 月 A Case Study for the Kindergarten Teachers Awarwness of Mental and Physical Illnesses Yu-Syuan Hung * Jia-Mi Chen ** Abstract This study aims to discuss factors causing kindergarten teachers mental and physical illnesses. It primarily investigates factors related with such illnesses, as well as how stress affects a teacher’s body and mind. Two cases are studied, both of which involve two current kindergarten teachers who have developed symptoms of abnormal health. The two subjects are teachers in affiliated kindergartens of the public elemen- tary school board. Conclusions are as follows. First, teachers should try to think posi- tively because working at kindergartens is very stressful due to the heavy workload and various tasks involved. Second, teachers should realize that different co-workers have different personality traits, and then adjust their ways of communicating with them accordingly. Third, the school administration should
