中文摘要胶东民居有着独特的地域特色、历史背景和文化传统。胶东地区历史上足水 中文摘要 胶东民居有着独特的地域特色、历史背景和文化传统。胶东地区历史上足水 运交通的枢纽和海上贸易的中心，经济的发展带来了大量的移民，民居形式也随 之不断更新。本地自然人文环境的制约与外来文化的熏陶成为影响胶东传统民居 发展的两个重要因素。北方民居，南方的福建、广东民居，甚至柬自日本、朝鲜 的外来文化和本地的民居文化的相互渗透，共同形成了胶东传统民居南北融合的 建筑特色。 近年来，胶东半岛经济发展十分迅速，生活水平提高很快。人们对生活质量 的要求和经济发展的需要，与旧的民居形式之间产生了矛盾。我们对待民居的态 度不应是盲目的决定其保留或是淘汰，而是要通过深入的调查研究，全面考虑民 居的延续和变革，赋予传统民居新的生命，使之与时代同步。 论文研究的主要目的在于：通过对胶东民居聚落、民居造型与组合、民居变 迁、民居的保护与发展等课题的研究，追溯胶东民居独特形式的渊源，阐述胶东 民居的形式特点，并结合本地区的传统习俗和现代生活，探讨胶东传统民居未来 的发展、沿袭、变革的方向。 关键词：南北融合、民居聚落、地域特色、民居变迁与保护 AbstractThe Abstract The traditional dwellings of eastern Shandong have unique region characteristic， historical background and cultural tradition．In history eastern Shandong is the center of maritime trade and water transport traffic．With the development of economy,a large number of immigrants have inhabited and form of dwellings have renovated continually．Two important factors influencing the traditional dwellings of eastern Shandong are the restriction of humane environment and the influence of outside culture．The northern dwellings culture，south dwellings culture in Fujian and Guangdong，foreign culture in Japan and Korea merges with local dwellings culture，which forms the characteristic“Merge In the North and South”in the traditional dwellings of eastern Shandong． In recent years，with the development of economy in Jiaodong Peninsula rapidly, the living standard improves quickly．There are deeply contradiction between requirements for life quafity and the form in the old dwelfings．Our attitude towards dwellings should not keep or eliminate the old dwellings blindly．In contract，we should consider the continuity and change of the traditional dwellings alI-sidedly through deep investigations and give the new life to the traditional dwellings． The main purpose is to trace back the historic origin and to descript the unique form in the traditional dwellings of eastern Shandong，through the research in the fields，such as the dwellings gathering，building technology,modern c
