成都中医药大学 成都中医药大学 2013 届硕士研究生论文 PAGE PAGE 4 Abstract Jinqiancao, is the whole dry grass parts of Lysimachia christinae Hance, it’s the herbal medicine of “dampness jaundice, diuretics, also inducing dieresis and reducing edema,”and it has a good effect for the prevention and treatment of cholelithiasis. As a popular variety on the market, the need of Jinqiancao increases gradually. As one of the main producing areas, Sichuan province owns large amounts of herbal resource. Plant polysaccharide owns a wide biological activity and little side effects, as a focus of today’s life science and medical science research, countries set off a craze of polysaccharide research. Jinqiancao has an abundant amount of polysaccharide of about 8%, so there need to increase the basic research of Jinqiancao to provide a theoretical basis and basic data for further development and utilization. Currently, the study for chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Jingqiancao flavonoids is relatively more in-depth and comprehensive, otherwise few people concerned about the study of Jinqiancao polysaccharide. So in this thesis we conduct the extraction optimization and the systematic study of ethanol precipitation of polysaccharide, use Sevag method to remove protein and Macroporous resin method to refine polysaccharide. Jinqiancao flavonoids have a remarkable effect on dieresis and expelling stone, anti-inflammatory and analgesic. The research results of this thesis show that Jinqiancao polysaccharide also has diuretic effect and trend of anti-inflammatory and analgesic, mainly in“ slow and long-lasting diuretic ,diuretic but no hurt potassium ”,can ease mice exudation of inflammatory mediators and reduce pain writhing frequency to a certain degree. So we chose Jinqiancao polysaccharide as our object，the research of extraction process and pharmacological effect of Jinqiancao polysaccharide as the main content.
