江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文摘要 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 摘要 随着社会从工业时代向信息时代转变的同时，人类也悄悄进入了服务社会。 人们把对物质产品的关注逐渐转移到对生活质量的关注上来，这就给运输、金融、 娱乐等服务韭注入了新的动力。企业的蓐勤服务部门也是一样，持续提升服务水 平也成为新时期工作的方向。因此深入研究服务运营管理的相关理论，并用其指 导企业的后勤服务工作实践已成为当务之急。本文拟就金东纸业车队的服务运营 实践缀合相关理论进行针对性研究，以期有效提升金东车队的服务运营管理水平， 从而达到提高车队服务满意度的目的。 本论文首先着重阐述了服务运营管理理论的五个核心内容，含顾客核心需求 调查、服务流程、服务接触、员工欧伍管理和服务质量，这些理论将成为本论文 现状分析、管理方案设计的指导性纲领。其次，在服务运营管理的相关理论指导 下，针对金东纸业车队的服务运营管理现状进行了诊断分析，找到需要改善的问 题点，为服务运营管理方案的设计找到了甓确的方向。之藤，本论文理论联系实 际，并充分借鉴国际与国内标杆企业之实践经验，设计了全新的车队服务运营管 理方案并组织实施，以提升金东纸业车队的服务管理水平，并对其它企业车队的 建设提供一定的借鉴作用。 关键词：顾客核心需求， 服务流程， 服务接触， 员工队伍管理， 服务质量 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文ABSTRACT 江苏大学工商管理硕士(MBA)论文 ABSTRACT Along with the society from the industrial age at the same time which transformed to the information age，the humanity also entered the service society quietly．The people gradually shift the attention of physical product to the quality of life，which giving the new power to the service industries such as transportation，finance，entertainment and SO on．Enterprise’s rear service sector is also the same，continually promoting the service level also becomes the direction of new time work．Therefore，researching correlated theories about operation management becomes the urgent matter,with the instruction to enterprise’S rear service practice．This article gives the research to the service operation practice of the motorcade of Gold East Paper,through which promotes motorcades service operation management level SO as to enhance the degree of satisfaction． The present paper elaborates the five central content of this theory firsdy,including customer core demand investigation,service flow,service contact，staff troop management and grade of service．These theories will become the guiding principle of this paper,which helps US calTy on situation analysis and design the management project．Secondly,under the instruction of some correlated theories of the service operation practice of the motorcade，the paper analysis the present situation of motorcade’S service and manag
