I I 摘要 本论文是对金凤区教师教育技术能力现状的调查分析。自从上个世纪 80 年代预见性的提出 21 世纪的竞争是人才的竞争以来，国家间围绕人才的竞争越来越趋向白热化，我国已经与上世纪 末建造了一批参与国际竞争的重点高校 （985 高校），为了不使我们的孩子输在起跑线上，新世 纪初将基础教育例入了教育发展的重点，开展了例如:跨越式、百标、国培计划等一系列教学研 究和活动，2004 年更是面向中小学教师提出了《中小学教师教育技术能力标准》（试行），中小学 教师教育技术能力已经越来越受到国家和社会的重视。本标准的提出不仅对时代教师所具备的职 业能力和思想意识做出了可控性的评价标准，也为教师适应新时期教学提出了发展的方向和要 求。 本文正是在这样的背景下，以我国教师教育技术能力标准为基本依据，采用问卷调查法、访 谈法、文献调研法相结合的研究方法，借助 SPSS 统计分析软件对调研数据分析得出。本文共分 为 5 个部分。 第一章：调查分析的价值和方法。讲解了本文调查分析的意义、分析的内容、使用的研究方 法和分析工具。 第二章：国内外研究现状综述。对我国和国外教育技术发展较好的国家及地区所制定的面向 教师的教育技术能力标准进行总结概述，同时将各标准归类分析。区分其侧重点，为下一部问卷 的制定进行说明。 第三章：理论基础和标准解读。对教育技术能力的构成进行了说明，详细阐述了理性认知能 力和实际操作能力的具体内容；同时对我国提出的中小学教师教育技术能力标准进行了解读和分 析。 第四章：问卷设计和数据分析。本章首先说明了问卷设计的依据和信效度分析，然后介绍了 本次问卷数据收集的基本信息，最后对收集数据进行数据分析，并给出了预见性的原因和数据说 明。 第五章：论文总结。以文章的写作目的为出发点，给出分析结论和下一步的培训预案，同时 指出本论文的不足之处。 关键字：教师教育技术能力，现状分析，教师培训 II II Abstract The thesis is an investigation and analysis on the current situation of the teachers’ educational technological abilities. Since the time when the prediction that 21st century will be a century of talents competition was born, the competition among countries on the issue of talents has been becoming more and more ferocious. Under the this kind of international background, the Chinese government has been working on the plan to build some world class universities called 985 project since the end of last century; in order not to let the children be left behind at the very beginning, the elementary education is put great emphasis on in the new century and a series of teaching activities and seminar such as Great-leap-Forward and National Cultivating Project are held.
