In this paper, the text is divided into five chapters. The first chapter of this paper defines the concept of finance supervision system, and from the vertical and horizontal angle, this chapter analyzes the change of various countries finance supervision system. The second chapter analyzes the UK and USs financial supervision system, and sums up the inspiration for our country. In the third chapter, two theoretical issues were discussed（一、The financial supervision system, which one is better? unified supervision system or separated supervision system 二、Should monetary policy be Separated from the financial supervision function?）.In the fourth chapter, this chapter analyzes the present situation of Chinas financial industry and financial supervision system firstly, then this chapter analyzes the problems of the current financial supervision system.
