浅析项目时间管理在户外拓展培训中的运用 ［摘要］ 随着经济全球化时代的到來，中国经济正口益与国际接轨，这对新世纪的人才提 出了更高层面的要求。这种更高层面的人才要求绝不仅仅局限于其相对应的社会相关领域的 专业素质，而是一种全而的、适应社会变化的综合素质。拓展训练是在体验中接受培训的特 殊教育方式，它通过受训者在活动屮亲自参与来获得个人体验和感悟，然后在培训师的指导 下，团队成员共同交流，分享个人体验，提升自我认识。项目吋间管理是运用管理的知识、 工具、和技术于项目活动上，来达成解决项目的问题或达成项目的需求。木文旨在通过项目 时间管理知识在拓展活动中的运用来分析两者结合的实际意义。 ［关键字］户外拓展培训 项目时间管理 效率 Analyses the application of project time management in outdoordevelopment training [Abstract] With the advent of the era of economic globalization, Chinas economy is increasingly in line with international standards, it puts forward the requirements of higher level on the talents of the new cent ury. Training is training mode of special education in the experienee, it through the trainee personally involved in the activity to obtain personal experience and comprehension, and then under the guidance of trainers, the team members communicate together, to share personal experiences, enhanee self-awareness. Project time management is to use the knowledge, tools, and techniques to project activities, to solve the problem of the project or a projects needs.
