学兔兔 水利水电技术 第44卷 2013年第9期 富春江水电站溢流面混凝土 抗冲磨防护试验 孙志恒 ，朱德康 ，王健平 ，蔡昌渊 ，方文时 (1．中国水利水电科学研究院，北京 100038；2．国网新源富春江水力发电厂，浙江 杭州 31 1504) 摘 要：针对富春江水电站溢流面的运行条件，采用SK抗冲磨刮涂聚脲和SK高韧性环氧耐磨防 护涂层对其抗冲磨性能进行了室内试验研究，并在现场选择1 ～4 孔进行了溢流面混凝土表面抗 冲磨防护试验，经历了多次泄洪的考验。实践证明，这两种柔性抗冲磨防渗涂料具有抗冲耐磨、 抗紫外线能力强、能适应在潮湿环境下施工以及施工简单的特点，对溢流面混凝土的抗冲磨防护 效果很好。 关键词：溢流面；抗冲磨；SK刮涂聚脲；高韧性环氧涂层 中图分类号：TV44 文献标识码：B 文章编号：1000．0860(2013)09．0090—04 Protective experiment on abrasion resistance of overflow surface concrete of Fuchunjiang Hydropower Station SUN Zhiheng ，ZHU Dekang ，WANG Jianping ，CAI Changyuan ，FANG Wenshi (1．China Institute of Water Resources and Hydropower Research，Beijing 100038，China； 2．Fuchunjiang Hydropower Plant of State Grid Xin Yuan Company Limited，Hangzhou 31 1504，Zhejiang，China) Abstract：According to the operating condition of the overtow Surface of Fuchunjiang Hydropower Station，an indoor experiment is made on its abrasion resistance performance with SK brushing polyurea and the SK hJ gh toughness epoxy coating，and then an in situ protective experiment on the abrasion resistant performance of the selected overflow concrete surfaces of the No．1～4 O— verf[ow outlets of the hydropower station is carried out，which experiences several times of tests from flood discharges．The prac— tice shows that both the flexible anti—seepage coatings have the characteristics of strong anti—scouring anti—uhraviolet capacities，a— daptable for the construction under a humid environment，easy for construction，etc．，thus have better protective effects on the abrasion resistance for the overflow surface concrete concemed． Key words：overflow surface；abrasi
