产后家庭访视健康指导效果分析 张红英丘新足徐娟梅(珠海市妇幼保健院产科519000) 【摘要】目的 探讨产后家庭访视中产妇及婴儿存在的常见问题，对产妇和新生 儿进行健康教育指导在母婴保健中所起的作用。方法 随机选取我院2012年6 月-2012年8月住院分娩的299例产妇及293例新生儿,进行出院后第7d、14d、 28d三次产后家庭访视，记录访视中常见问题并进行健康指导，将资料进行统计 分析。结果 第一次访视时产妇和新牛儿存在的问题，通过护理人员上门健康指 导，在第二次、第三次访视中，产妇及新生儿存在的问题明显减少，母乳喂养率 有明显地提高。结论 产后访视对产妇产褥期和新牛儿健康非常重要，直接关系 到产妇康复和新生儿的正常生长发育。 【关键词】家庭访视 健康教育 母乳喂养 【中图分类号】R473.71 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752 (2013) 13-0151-02 [Abstract] Objective To explore postpartum family visit in maternal and infant problems, on mater nal and neon ata I health education guidance in the role of maternal and infant health care. Conclusion the postpartum visit on maternal postpartum and newborn health is very important, is directly related to maternal and neonatal growth and development of rehabilitation. 【Key words] family visit health education breast feeding 21世纪人们的健康意识较上世纪有了很大程度的提高，母婴保健工作 也越来越受到重视⑴，随着医疗水平的不断增加和社会观念的改变，医院要求 医护人员要做到对患者人性化服务。产后访视是产科人性化护理的重要体现［2］。 产后访视关系到产妇康复和新生儿健康成长。护理人员通过产后访视可以及吋发 现产妇、新生儿存在的各种健康问题和错误观念，并给予相应处理和正确健康指 导。这不仅有利于产妇的康复和促进新生儿正常生长发育，而且融洽了医患关系。 选取我院2012年6月-2012年8月住院分娩的299例产妇及293例新生儿，并 对常见问题进行了记录和总结分析，现报告如下。 1资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 随机选我院产科2012年6月?2012年8月住院分娩的299例产妇及293 例新生儿（双胞胎9例）。产妇年龄18-44岁，平均31岁。新生儿：男163例， 女130例。顺产135例，占45%,剖宫产164例，占55%? 1.2方法 统一安排护理人员在我院管辖的小区进行访视，在产妇出院后第7 d、 14 d、28 d,分别按照事先制定的访视内容上门访视，同吋认真做好访视记录。 其中上门访视内容包括，⑴ 产妇：询问产妇的--般情况（精神状况、唾眠、饮 食、二便等）、测血压及体温并进行详细记录，若发现异常情况给予及时处理。 检查乳房泌乳情况、检查会阴、观察恶露量及性状。（2）新生儿：观察新生儿 的一般情况（肤色、皮肤、精神、睡眠、哭声、二便及脐带脱落）、测体温、体重
