中职生手机依赖与心理健康状况的相关 性分析 王洁艳张静 华中科技大学同济医学院公共卫生学院广东茂名健 康职业学院 摘要： 目的了解中职生手机依赖的现状，探究手机依赖与心理健康状况的相关性，为 中职教育中手机依赖的预防干预及心理健康的促进提供依据。方法 采用整群分 层抽样方法，以班级为单位抽取广东省某健康职业学院中职部护理、助产、药剂 和农村医学4个专业1?年级的在校学生1 055名进行匿名问卷调查。研究工具 主要包括中学生乎机依赖量表和中学生心理健康量表（MSSMHS）。计量资料比较 采用t检验，计数资料比较采用x彳检验，影响因素分析采用Logistic回归分 析，P0. 05为差异有统计学意义。结果中职牛手机依赖倾向的总检出率为20. 2%, 手机依赖总评分、手机依赖各维度评分与心理健康总评分、心理健康各维度评分 呈正相关（均P0. 05）。Logistic回归分析显示，敌对、学习压力和情绪不平 衡是手机依赖发生的危险因素（均P0. 05）。结论中职生手机依赖倾向的程度 在青少年群体中相对较高，且影响学生的心理健康。敌对心理越强、学习压力越 大、情绪不平衡的学牛出现手机依赖倾向的可能性越大。 关键词： 中职生;于机依赖;心理健康; 作者简介：张静，E-ina订:fyebzj@126. com 收稿日期：2017-09-10 Correiation analysis of mobile phone dependence and mental hea1th status of secondary vocational school students WANG Jie—yan ZHANG Jing Public Hea1th Institute in Huazhong University of Science and Technology Tongji Medical College; Abstract： Objective To understand the current situation of mobile phone dependence among secondary vocational school students, explore the correlation between mobile phone dependence and mental health, and provide the basis for the prevention and intervention of mobile phone dependence and the promotion of mental heal th of secondary vocational school students.
