教学目标：
1. 语言知识目标：
(1)能正确听、说、读、写单词 even, human, dangerous, already, factory, believe, inside, disagree, shape, fall, possible, impossible, inside。
（2）通过学习短文，能够用自己的语言来描述未来机器人的外形及用途。
2.能力目标：
（1）能阅读关于机器人方面的文章，了解相关知识。
（2）通过阅读理解会写一篇关于机器人用途的短文。
3.?情感态度目标：
??? 通过引导学生展望未来，及对未来生活的设计，来达到前景教育的目的，同时也通过对前景的设想，让学生知道只要用心去做每一件事，就没有什么是不可能的。
教学重难点：
1. 教学重点：
1) 掌握本课时出现的生词及表达方式，正确运用will do /be 句型。
2) 进行听力训练，提高综合听说能力。
3） 阅读短文，获得相关信息，提高学生们的综合阅读能力。

1. 学会使用一般将来时对未来将要发生的事情进行预测。
2. 通过本课时的学习，提高学生的综合阅读能力。

教学过程：
Ⅰ. Warming- up .
Daily greeting.
Ⅱ. Lead in
Enjoy a video about robots.
Ask Ss some questions:
T: What is this video about?
T: What can the robots do ?
T:What do they look like ?
Get the Ss discuss and answer the questions.
Ⅲ. Pre-reading.
New words:
Show some pictures to present the new words and phrases.Teach the students how to read them.Then ask the students to read after the teacher several times.
Game: Memory Test
The teacher will show all the new words , ask the students to read together .Then cover all the words ,when the students see a word ,they should say it loudly.
Ⅳ. While- reading.
Skimming.(2b)
Ask the students to read the article quickly. Get the main idea about the passage and match each paragraph with the question it discusses.
Then ask one student to show the answers on the blackboard.
Careful reading .
Ask the students to read paragraph by paragraph and do some different tasks.Take some notes.
Paragraph 1 :Read and answer the question.
Paragraph 2 :Find out the phrases and fill in the blanks.
