PAGE PAGE 1 医学生实习期间考研的学习动机调查及分析 鲁曼华鲁曼军曹力张爽中华现代中西医杂志2005年4月第3卷第7期 　　【摘要】目的了解实习期间医学实习生考研的学习动机，为其实习管理提供依据。方法采用分层整群抽样法，运用修改后的鲍西尔6种学习动机量表对4年在我院实习的军、地医学院校本科生进行问卷调查。结果在实习生学习动机调查问卷中，“获得文凭”得分最高，“提高工作水平”、“服务社会”、“认知兴趣”和“社会交往”得分其次。其中，在“社会交往”和“逃避与刺激”两种问项中军校生与地方生差异有显著性。结论管理者应围绕医学实习生的考研学习动机加大激励与督导，以确保实习质量的拓展与提升。 　　Researchandinvestigationonthestudymotivationsofmedicalundergraduatesforpostgraduates’examinationsduringtheirinternship 　　LuManhua，LuManjun，CaoLi，etal. 　　GeneralHospitalofShenyangMilitaryRegion，Shenyang110015. 　　【Abstract】ObjectiveTograspthestudymotivationsofmedicalundergraduatesforpostgraduates’examina-tionsduringtheirinternshipandprovidefoundationsfortheirinternshipmanagement.MethodsThemedicalunder-graduatesfrombothmilitaryandnonmilitarymedicalcolleges，whocametoourhospitalfrom2000to2004formedicalinternship，weresampledintoseparatedpopulationsandgiventhequestionnairesdesignedaccordingtoBore’smodi-fiedquantificationformof6studymotivations.ResultsAmongthesixmotivationsgiven，studying“fordiploma”gotthehighestscore，followedby“forimprovingworkingskills”，“forservingsociety”，“forcognitiveinterest”and“forsocialcommunication”.Astothemotivations，studying“forsocialcommunication”and“forescapingandstimula-tion”，therearesignificantdifferencesbetweenstudentsfrommilitarymedicalcollegesandnonmilitarymedicalcol-leges.ConclusionTheadministratorsshouldhaveaclearideaofthestudymotivationsoftheundergraduatesforpostgraduates’examinationsandgivethemmoreencouragementandguidance，sothatthequalityofthestudents’medicalinternpracticecanbeensuredwhiletheypreparefortheirpostgraduates’entranceexamination. 　　Keywordspostgraduateexaminationmedicalinternsstudymotivations 　　实习期间报考研究生是本科医学生提高学历层次、改善知识结构的机会，大多数本科生都有读研的需求。据本单位连续4年追踪调查，有读研动机的医学生占总数的96%。教育心理学认为:学习动机是各种内在因素中最活跃、最集中体现学生主观能动性的心理成分，对于最终结果来说，其重要性丝毫不低于智力因素［1］。因此，动机一直是教育研究中的热点话题。分析医学生在实习期间报考研究生的动机，是提高实习质量，完成实习任务极其重要的内容。 　　1对象与方法 　　1.1研究对象2000～2004年在我院本科实习医学生中有读研动机者。 　　1.2调查工具采用鲍西尔的“教育参加情况测定表”［2］得出的成人参与学习的主要动机为“提高工作水平”、“社会交流”、“逃避与刺激”、“获得文凭”、“服务社会”和“
