本科毕业设计说明书 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 27 本科毕业设计说明书 PAGE \* MERGEFORMAT 1 摘 要 目前，旅游产品正从观光型向观光、度假和专项旅游相结合的趋势发展。度假旅游正成为发展速度最快的旅游产品。专家预测至2012年我国的度假旅游收入将达到9200亿元人民币，占当年旅游总收入的61%。基于这样的发展态势，本文对神泉文化旅游景区展开了新的规划。 从以人为本的思想出发建设人性化的生活空间，创造高品质的生态环境，达到人与自然、人与环境的和谐共存。科学合理的布局景区内各项设施，最大限度满足社会各界人群的需要，营造人与人之间良好的交流环境，体现以人为本、以生态为主体的和谐理念。 以可持续发展观和节约型思想指导神泉文化旅游景区规划，协调近远期关系，合理利用土地资源，保护环境，节约能源。坚持文化、旅游、生活、生态的协调发展。环境建设与功能建设同步，合理布置建筑楼群，注意节能和生态保护，重视水资源和植物资源的有效利用，充分利用自然资源减少运行成本。 本文在调查的基础上，根据神泉文化旅游景区建设与发展的现状，运用相关的环境与心理行为的基础理论，并对一些与景区发展关系密切、带有普遍意义的问题，如文化旅游景区的发展战略、总体功能布局、基础配套设施、生态景观设计等进行进一步的探讨。 关键词：文化；旅游；生态；人性化； Abstract Currently, the tourism product is from sightseeing to tourism, holiday and special tourism combines trend.
